Do They Really Think We're Stupid?

Gas prices are coming down. So's gold. I think we have an election or something coming up in two months. I don't know who is controlling commodity prices but the sudden drop in both indices has me believing it's someone with deep pockets. What's the opposite of a bubble? As bubbles inflate so do they pop. As commodity markets shrink astoundingly fast so do they reset and fuck the little guy after the election.

Now is your last chance to purchase gold before 'The Draft'.

This is my latest bumper sticker:

Dum Dum voters: The prices of 3.10 are still going to be charged to you and your "needed" war. For the remaining few of us, we're getting a decent price.

I hate Washington and anyone who doesn't see what Bush and his camp of clowns has done and how they have the power to control a "free economy" is one stupid mofo.

Frankly, reinstituting the draft might clear the air some. Make more people think about, you know, the war and death and geniune sacrifice - and for what?

Full disclosure: I say that as someone who is way to old to serve.

Hey, wasn't Dean Dean the Love Machine going to some sort of concert on or around 08 September that we were going to give him crap about?

Hi adorable girlfriend,
Dean & I went to see Asia. It was an amazing show! All 4 original members. Each of them were in a different band: Yes, King Crimson, The Buggles and Emerson, Lake & Palmer. Not only did Asia songs, but they also did songs from each of those bands. They played "Roundabout" and it was amazing. I have no idea who would give him crap about seeing them. Knowing the people who read Dean's blog I hardly think any of them would give him any crap. It has been 25 years since their first album and they still sound great. Full house. Avalon shows are great because they start around 7:15 and end around 9:30. We were home by 10:00. It was a good thing becaue it was a school night.

AG, yes it was in my posting titled "It was the heat of the moment". Just because they're not still on my front page doesn't mean my posts are not important.

I was informed that the drop in gas prices has to do with some of the refineries in Louisana coming back "on line."

I have a conspiracy streak that beleves more of what you're suggesting here though.

That little blurb on the draft is right about the Carter, Regan, GB, Clinton, GWB debacle. This started a long time ago. Bush Sr., Clinton, and the rest of us who were draftable during Desert Storm, were lucky that some of those countries were too wiped out from repeling the Soviets that this current version of the mideast war didn't happen then.

I just all makes me want to get my hands on a bomb and blow something up in the name of freedom!
