I say the church should grow a pair and go ahead with plans to show the game. Let the NFL sue a church. Let the NFL stand in the harsh light of day and show the world just how upstanding members of the community they really are.

What is more sad is that some loser got paid to be a mole and find that on the church's website.
People like him/her and Ann Althouse make me sick. They have nothing better to do but set up accounts for Google to notify them when anyone is using free speech on their website.

NFL Players are professionals. It's just that their Official title as "Overpaid Celebrity Gladiators" gets painted over by the people who want you to keep spending time and money watching them perform.
If I had a "career" where all I had to do was play feetball and I got paid an exorbitant stack of bills for doing so, I probably wouldn't have much in the way of responsibilty. Sure, you gotta train and practice, but honestly, there are thousands of college athletes with althletic careers that end once they graduate. Those people know what responsibility is.
