That Rockwell link is DEAD ON! It would have been nice to go see a doctor for my ear infection last November for less then $100 dollars but after four long weeks of waiting for it to heal, taking anti-inflammatory and decongestant medication every day, I had to bite the bullet and pay the exorbitant fee for essentially permission from a doctor for me to get some antibiotics. Peh!
The last comment gets me. I have known people who live in fear of leaving their job (which they hate) because the new jobs health insurance won't cover pre-existing conditions. It is crazy
Have them double check the law. In Massachusetts, the new insurance company has got to continue coverage if the person had insurance prior to the job change. Insurance cannot opt out of covering pre-existing conditions if the patient is merely changing health insurance.

The this link is dead.
AG will wait with full-on suspense.
It's working fine for me.

Health care is dead.
That's just it, if we need permission to take care of ourselves then something is royally fucked up.
